The Increasing Prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder in the U.S. and Its Implications for Pediatric Micronutrient Status: A Narrative Review of Case Reports and Series →
Kali ini saya membaca paper yang dipublikasikan di MDPI, dengan judul “The Increasing Prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder in the U.S. and Its Implications for Pediatric Micronutrient Status: A Narrative Review of Case Reports and Series”.

Slow death for RSS?
Kinda disappointed that it seems RSS or Atom feeds are no longer a thing, quite few sites have stopped providing feed, I have quite extensive feeds collection, ranging from personal blogs, news sites, and even some of the big tech companies, many of which talk about tech, finance amongst other things, I look upon few sites, for instance:
Above sites did not provide RSS feed, it’s easier to read on the RSS reader rather than opening up the site, it’s also easier to subscribe to the RSS feed, and get notified when there’s a new post.
Not every site put a link tag to provide a feed <link />, like this <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="" href="" />, so RSS reader could find the appropriate feed URI, and subscribe to it, some site did not provide this tag, so I have to open the source and look for the feed link (it can be rss, atom or json feed format).
Not sure whether sites abandoning RSS feed or simply they wanted people to visit the site to read the post in the browsers, might be because they can’t measure the engagement of the post, it’s quite hard to put some kinda analytics on RSS feed, even though there’s service like Feedburner who can do that, but it’s another hassle for someone or company to configure, it’s easier to install analytics on the website obviously.
Anyway, you can subscribe to my RSS feed, here.
How to win an argument with a toddler →
Welp, this is great in so many levels, and i see what Seth done there.
Toddlers (which includes defensive bureaucrats, bullies, flat earthers, folks committed to a specific agenda and radio talk show hosts) may indicate that they’d like to have an argument, but they’re actually engaging in connection, noise, play acting or a chance to earn status. It can be fun to be in opposition, to harangue or even to use power to change someone’s position.
Just replace it with my own country.

Notion Mail
Notion keeps getting better, and this time they release a new product, Notion Mail, not long before they released a Calendar app, not so much different with usual Calendar app, but in can integrated well with Notion, and also can be used as a standalone app.
With Notion Mail, surely it can intergrate well with Notion, currently only support Gmail, in the future, maybe it can support other email provider.
Man Alarmed as His Cognitive Skills Decay After Outsourcing Them to AI →
It’s a rather alarming article, at least for me who are always relied on technology, or in this case an AI, for knowledge search, learn something, or even making a decision about what to do next.
This paragraph tells the story.
These are examples of a broader phenomenon that psychologists call cognitive offloading — when we outsource the burden of performing mental tasks to external tools, like an AI model. Cognitive offloading can be helpful, disencumbering our brains of having to perform tedious work so we can focus on more fulfilling pursuits, or harder brain tasks that deserve more attention. But you can get too much of a good thing.
As we relied heavily on AI, some people call it “second brain” or “third brain”, but what happen is, we make our brain lazy, we don’t need to remember anything, we just need to ask the AI.
Hell, even this editor, i plugged in an AI agent for codes and stuff, and it’s still gave me a suggestion on how to write this article, see image below.

How easy was that? if i keep doing this, i’ll be a lazy man, i won’t use my brain how to tailor a sentence, or how to write a paragraph, or even how to write a sentence.
Just need a bit mindful and keep use our brain as long as we can.
